Ansel- By Josie
Ansel is a fantastic business partner and real estate broker. First and foremost, he just loves people. Ansel gets excited when he hears people’s dreams and the thought that he gets to help them find their ideal home. He geeks out about legal contracts and data. He really enjoys making sure all the details and prep work is done just right. Ansel is also a born negotiator. He works energetically to ensure his clients get the best deal possible with the client’s priorities first.
By Ansel- I have volunteered many years with a local Young Life club, working as a mentor for high school guys, taking them to camp, to lunch, and walking through life with them. With a passion for people and places, I have experienced Kenya, Venezuela, Italy, Rwanda, Mexico, and other great places. Near or far, the story is the same—I have learned that people everywhere want the best for their families and for their kids, and also that Seattle will always be my home. You will probably find me (and probably get asked to join) watching Seahawks football in the fall, snowboarding in the winter, sailing in spring, hiking in the summer, and cooking all year 'round.

By Josie- I love running. I competed with the Seattle Pacific Falcons in both cross country and track. Now I run with my alumni friends and anyone who will join me on the Burke Gilman Trail or for a lap around Greenlake! I enjoy coordinating and coaching a camp I started for teenage girls called Freedom Runners. Through camp I train the whole-athlete: body, mind, and spirit. This involves a heavy focus on nutrition, body image, spiritual discipline, and mindset.
